VolumeMonitorUtility — professional real-time volume monitoring tool

VolumeMonitorUtility is a service utility for the MetaTrader 5 terminal that displays key volume analysis metrics directly on the chart as a compact information panel. The utility was created by a practicing trader and developer with 10 years of experience in financial markets and 51 MQL5 certificates.

The utility is built on top of the open-source VolumeAnalysis library and is designed for traders who make decisions based on volume but do not want to constantly switch between indicator windows.

Key features:

Monitoring panel. A compact informer in the corner of the chart displays the average volume for a given period, the current bar volume, volume delta and market status in real time.

Anomaly detector. The utility automatically compares the current volume with the average value and instantly highlights the ANOMALY status when the volume exceeds the norm by the specified multiplier.

Delta indication. The difference between aggressive buys and sells is displayed with color highlighting: green means buyers dominate, red means sellers dominate.

Sound and visual alerts. When a volume anomaly is detected, the utility issues an Alert signal with spam protection (no more than once per minute).

Flexible settings. The user can set the anomaly multiplier, the average volume calculation period, enable or disable alerts, and customize the panel colors to match their chart template.

Minimal resource usage. The utility does not perform trading operations, does not modify history and is optimized for continuous operation on multiple charts simultaneously.
