Orders for Expert Advisors development - outdated

I have about 12 Indicators from 2012 and 2013 including source codes. Also, i have at least 8 good working expert advisors including source codes, but i need them to be upgraded with a few extra function... perhaps they need to be rebuild. I need an excel backtesting code that can run through O, H, L, C and check for a given TP and SL.
