EA - breakout Bollinger Band - pending order - Percent Volatility (money management)

I need an EA to put a pending order, only one per operation. 
When the price closes above the BB, it puts a buystop at the highter X bar first. 
Same thing for the sellstop if the candle closes under the BB.
SL calculated with the percent volatility. Possibility to work on cross with JPY.
