I need a knowledgeable and smart coder to make me an indicator that calculates lot-size per given risk percentage in regard to FXTM's flexible leverage model.

All you need is to write the correct formula, AND THIS I WANT DONE RIGHT.
I want 5 inputs of notional value, and 5 inputs for leverage. 1 input for risk percentage (decimal).
