Discussion of article "How to Subscribe to Trading Signals" - page 38

Good afternoon!

Scrolled through the forum did not find the answer - subscription from trading signals from demo accounts, is it possible to install on real accounts?

Can trades be copied between brokers if instrumet symbol names varies, for XAUUSD and GOLD
Short answer - sometimes. MT does attempt to match differences but isn't always successful. You'll see any pairs that it can't work out listed in your journal when connecting to the signal.

I am subscribed to a signal. But now I want to change the trading account I am using for it. How can I change the trading account?

Unfortunately, you need to resubscribe with the new account. If it's a paid signal, you will need to pay for another subscription

Can I change signal providers without losing my subscription fee? I.e. if I switch from a paid signal to a free signal and later decide to switch back to a paid signal, will I have to pay for it again?

The subscription fee is valid until the end of the paid subscription period. "Switch" and "go back" - there are no such definitions. You have paid the subscription, and then you do what you consider necessary: keep the terminal open and copy trades or switch off the terminal and go on holiday. Although it is not reasonable to pay money and then not copy anything.

Good day!

Can I ask, is it possible to switch a signed signal from one account to another with the same broker?

Write a request to servicedesk

Service Desk, as I understand, reacts to errors and problems in the programme operation.

And here is my mistake, I was not attentive when reading the FAQ and started the signal when there are open positions.

Apparently, the address will be incorrect.....

It is very sad that subscribers to signals are not protected from unscrupulous sellers.

I fell for a blatant scam from the very first time:

Paid for the signal, hosting, set up an account and wait. After five days of trading, the seller stops broadcasting the signal, and the service closes the subscription.

Earlier I read somewhere that the seller of the signal receives money after the end of the subscription, if there are no claims. I turn to Service Desk for help. It is logical to assume that the unscrupulous seller will not get my money, but nobody is going to return it to me, because:

Expected Result

Refund of money for signal subscription and shared hosting rental.

This is not stipulated in the rules of using the services

Normal such rules, in favour of the service.

It is clear with the seller, but what is the subscriber guilty of? In the fact that he believed in quality service? Lawlessness, however...

Shame on you, gentlemen, profiting from people's misfortunes.

PS:

I want to note, however, that this service has fair and wise administrators and after some time I still got a decent message:

Signal subscription cancelled with refund

Thanks, maybe it was a pancake, because it was the first one...

And to dispel vague doubts, I'll go and try another signaler..., well, not to lose the hosting.
