Interesting narrow flat channel on Friday, could be a way out of it on Monday towards the south... I am expecting a correction on Monday or Tuesday in the 15 minutes towards the Donchian channel, and if that happens at Monday's opening and the day closes with a fall, a more global correction could start. This is so technically, but fundamentally we can look at oil and wonder about it at the current rate. If the US helps and imposes temporary sanctions or (there will be a lot of discussion about this) on stocks with large coupon payments they can be removed from the market by buying through the MinFin or state-controlled companies and then closing the sanctions issue, then the ruble has a global chance. However, the official agencies are talking about a planned increase in the exchange rate, and they are happy with that... On the other hand, do their forecasts come true so often?

The Ministry of Finance is definitely not to be trusted. None of their predictions have been fulfilled. The only solution, as I see it, is to move away from the rouble, keeping savings in other currencies. Or we should earn more so that the impact of the exchange rate on living standards is minimal.
