According to me this clearly states that, this is a matter of misleading people for user's personal benefit of using product for sometime and a try of getting refund after buying the product and in case of no refund provided by developer, user is changing review and rating according to their convenience.
If the users haven't activated the purchase within 7 days after purchasing so they can cancel the purchase and the fund will automatically come to their MQL5 forum profile (for next purchase or to buy some services for example). Those users can not withdraw their refund to Visa or paypal (to outside) but they can use this refund to buy some other products, or to subscribe to the signal, or to order something in Freelance.
Those, if the user bought the product and install this product on Metatrader so this user will not be eligible for refund.

Because you validated by the service desk to be a seller, and because your buyers may contact with the service desk as well related to the products or any.

Contact with the service desk for any issue with your buyers (the Market is moderated by the service desk).
Because any discussion about the Market products (and about the buyers vs selles) is prohibited on the forum.

If someone (your buyer for example) is forcing you to make a personal refund to him (not MQL5 Market refund according to the rules, but your personal non-Market refund) - report to the service desk about this case.
Contact with the service desk for any issue with your buyers (the Market is moderated by the service desk).
