Purchased indicator that doesn\t show up on charts!

Hi! I opened this topic here hoping that someone will help me. I purchased <...> indicator ( <...> ) 48 hours ago. I did install it fine but I can.ț see it on charts. However I can see it when testing. Made a comment on indicator page - no answer/ asked the author in a private message - no answer. Is anybody here ? Thanks in advance, Val
 

Discussion about the Market products is prohibited on the forum sorry.
As to your case so you are having two options only - 

  • contact with the seller;
  • or, if the seller is not replying during the several days, - write to the service desk with all the proof (the service desk should reproduce the issue using your data,screenshots, and so on) - according to this part of the rules. Also - read this part of the rules - item #7 for example.

Contact the indicator's seller.

This kind of support should be given from the seller of the product.
