I just downloaded the installer from metaquotes.net - installation was successful.

Is there an Internet connection on the computer where you are launching the installer? Is it connected to the internet through a proxy server?

Hello, I am having a serious issue with the MT5 terminal. When I start the terminal, only the price line (bid) moves, but the candlesticks (bars) are not drawn/changed. Therefore the price moves without changing the chart. I have a question: How can this problem be solved? In fact, everything is working fine in MT4! I tried to reinstall the terminal, but it didn't help! I had such trouble with several brokers... Can you tell me what to do in this situation?

There are several DCs involved in testing the new platform, for example these:

1. Alpari - http://www.alpari.ru

2. Broco -http://www.brocompany.ru/

3. Admiral markets -http://www.forextrade.ee/

All of them have "their" servers for testing...

Admiral has very old installer, weighs more than 7 Mb (I can't guarantee its efficiency)...

In previous ones, everything was OK. The triple(REASON_CHARTCHANGE) is back to normal here too (if you run the TF)...

What does chart_change have to do with it? In this case expert is not unloaded. It is simply reinitialized

It was working before, just when it changed I didn't even notice (a warning is needed)... :)

Download the distribution from https://download.mql5.com/cdn/web/metaquotes.software.corp/mt5/mt5setup.exe and try again.

If unsuccessful:

1. attach a screenshot to this thread
2. Indicate if you have a proxy, what kind, and if it is authenticated.

Same as above no need to attach screenshot because immediately after starting mt5setup.e the program crashes and setup error message appears.

One of your options is that you may receive this error if you do not have enough privileges. Check this option.
