And there is no official news from the admin, why does this happen so often? they should have announced if there was something issue like this.
 
This site have big potential but if the customer service still like this then there will be no growth and developer who cant withdraw will leave

question, this phone number which they are asking you for, aren't they going to send a confirmation code to it? so how can we get the confirmation code??

This doesn't work for the United States either.  It can't even be downloaded on a phone in America.  Icard doesn't work in America, nor Webmoney nor any credit card transfer from mql5.  The only thing that works in the United States is paypal.
 
Mql5 please bring back paypal. And kindly communicate in advance before making such changes 
 
There are actually a lot of popular payment options that can be added, its just that management seems not interested in doing it, you have PM, Neteller, Skrill or even they can add crypto currencies(Ethereum,Bitcoin, litecoin,XRP,BCH,etc, etc.), Bank transfer can be a good option too. The payment system problem resurface every now and then, which I think must be given permanent solution by management.

They are all niche payment options, this is a big company registered in the EU it needs to grow up and provide low cost payment options that work for everybody and to start treating the sellers as business partners and not just an inconvience to getting rich...

I have new products ready to go, but will not be putting them on MQL unless they sort this situation out and permanently
 

Google market place is the good example of good payment system for developer.

They pays the earning direclty to the developer's bank account in their own currency every month.

It is something the mql5.com need to look at.
