I can't withdraw and support is not responding - page 7

 
Four years have passed since the First message, and the problem still exists. I am currently facing this issue: I cannot withdraw the seller's sales revenue. I have always liked the MQL platform, but the excuse of "inspection" to freeze a seller's revenue and prevent withdrawals is extremely unpleasant behavior. It greatly undermines the confidence and motivation of programmers and will lead to a loss of trust from fans in the platform. The platform can check for issues before listing an EA and stop the listing if problems are found, but freezing a seller's funds under the pretext of program issues after the program has been sold is a very irresponsible practice. Additionally, customer service responses are extremely slow, which has led to a sharp decline in goodwill. I am ready to stop writing programs and turn to other work. I hope this message reaches the CEO and that this distasteful practice is corrected.

The buyers are having the right for refund after he bought the product (within 7 days in case he did not activate it).
Besides, some payment systems (paypal for example) and the banks are having the own rules for refund in some cases.

Including having to deal with a stream of mutual checks of payment systems, requests to cancel questionable transactions, appeal payments, and so on.

Banks and payment systems may in some cases cancel transactions even after 30 days from the date of payment. In this case, no one will look into the fact that this was payment for work performed under a mutual agreement between the parties.

Because it is int'l situation: the seller is located in one country, and buyer may be located in completely different country ... and the Market with website is located in EU with the payment systems which are mostly located in the US for example.

So, some period of freezing is used because of that.
 
When the platform encounters payment issues, you can indicate in the "Withdrawal Unavailable" section: Due to EU, PayPal, or other payment reasons, funds need to be frozen for XX days. This way, sellers won’t be worried, and the focus of the issue will shift to the developers and the payment platform, resolving the issue and preventing sellers from suspecting the platform—such as wondering if a fund pool was set up to freeze seller payments, etc.

Because the buyers are having their own right for refund, and the different payment systems (and banks) are establishing their rules for refund, and so on.

And about the seller ... for example, if I buy your product/EA and lose 100 dollars with it - not because I am stupid Russian idiot ... not only because of that :)
but because your EA did it for me ...
So, what to do? It is scam in my country (your scam), and nothing for you in your country ... and nothing in the EU (because of the Market rules) ...

I mean: the laws and regulations are very different ones as well.
And I want to remind: this MQL5 Market (and website) is located in the EU.

About "frozen funds" - уou as the seller should accept it, and if not so write to the service desk asking them about "frozen funds", "what to do" and "how long for example".

So, it is really good situation that the payments are still going on, and it is good for all of us that MQ found the way to do it without breaking any rules and regulations for example.
And it is different from one country to an other one (because a lot of different particularities related to it).

That is why the sellers should accept some delay related to the "frozen funds".

Additional verification process is the normal procedure which every seller is performing from time to time.
And it takes time.

Have same issue
1 week now ticket in system
Been selling 4 years here then this arrives.

I withdraw from my account many times in the past and now this problem took more than 3 month. Every time I open request but nothing happens , please help and fix this issue.
