When testing before purchasing VPS it stated NY connection (around 6ms)
I purchased a VPS and free trial day it was 0.05 ms (can't remember location)
After the trial it noww connects to Boston 12.76ms
I am with ICMarkets sc demo
Who can I contact to rectify this
On another matter when I have pending orders when I close my MT5 on my pc and reopen it the orders disappear (probably milliseconds)
and when they show again with the server time as it is,this happens all the time
Is this normal?

You can only change the location of your MQL5 VPS through the Service Desk.
The thing with your pending orders is probably some local M5 terminal hiccup.
