- SCHANNEL protocol keys absent (system defaults, nothing disabled).
- HKCU SecureProtocols = 0x2800 (TLS 1.2 + TLS 1.3 enabled).
- A direct socket test to www.mql5.com negotiates TLS 1.3 successfully.
So TLS is fine on this machine - the failure is specific to VPS host
6931865 (certificate rejected only for that host, while mql5.com works).
The panel also has no "Migrate" and no "Start" button, so the migration
cannot be launched client-side at all. I will open a Service Desk ticket. In all cases, Thanks you Alain.
