The only news is that today yet another upgrade of metatrader 5 was made. Nothing about metatrader 4

In short : not good
there is good and bad news
Good - we get to keep using MT4 for a while longer
Bad - they way it looks at the minute, they may scrap both MT4 and MT4.5
(as they could n't bothered to fix all the bugs in MT4.5)
and we are only left with MT5
or nothing
not sure what other news there is - except its all taking a bloomin long time
there is still time for a whip round so we can send some cheap Vodka and caviar to Metaquotes headquarters, if anyone can find the address
failing that, praying might help

failing that, praying might helpIt all reminds me to the situation when metatrader 5 was about to become a "new, much better platform to trade, much faster execution, much ... whatever". We all know at what stages is metatrader 5 - still having as much bug as an ant nest
All started very, very similar with the "new metatrder 4". Judging from what metaquotes already have done the "praying might help" seems like a best advice so far
if everyone on the forum says a short prayer to the trading Gods
with a bit of luck we might just get the Metatrader we all hope it will be
but no sneaky prayers asking for fast cars and fast women
