That is COT (Commitment Of Traders) data

You have a couple of commercial versions of that, or you can check COT data (since it is issued only once a week - each Tuesday - that data can be applied only on a weekly chart, other time frames are more or less meaningless) here : http://www.cftc.gov/Marketreports/CommitmentsofTraders/index.htm
