This is not good. They should be both open or both close. Can you tell me why is one closed? I still have them open both. The clone (Deviator Clone | Rent a Signal) also have both open. There was no close signal yet.
It works the way that my EA opens two orders and closes also two orders at a time. It never closes one and leaves the other open.
Did you close one of them?The first one was opened at 16.16 audusd 0.9015 and close at 18.35 at 0.8984
The second always opened at 16.16 gbpjpy at 143.36.
I didn't close it. It closed by itself.

AndreaCan you please show me your Experts log and Journal like I show you here in my picture? As you can see my EA did place two orders, but never issued a close signal yet. I am wondering why one of your orders got closed.

AndreaWell, I am not sure why RAS closed that one. It should be still open. I suggest you close the other one manually since it is in profit yet.
I will contact tech support because this is not going right. It is strange because even clone of my signal (it represents fake buyer) still has both orders open... I'll inform you when I hear from them.

AndreaI contacted admin with this problem and he advised you to contact tech support and provide them screenshots of your RAS EA settings (if you run more than one, please include all of them).
You see, the problem is that my EA did not close the orders yet. The clone of my signal Deviator Clone | Rent a Signal, which is like a signal buyer also has both orders open yet (see the image). So there might be some problem with your RAS EA settings because if you say RAS closed that one order then it is strange because my EA did not send close signal.
Both orders got closed a few moments ago. The clone has them closed too. So everything seems to be working fine from my side.

Yes, my system is fully automated. In fact, if you subscribe to any system it is automatic for you because your MT4 would be executing trades automatically as the signals are coming from the "Rent a Signal" service server. It does not matter if signal provider takes trades manually or automatically. Your MT4 just follows the signals you subscribe to.
You could be trading my system on your FxPro account if your account is mini account (1 lot = 10,000 units) and you can trade micro lots (0.01 mini lot). If so, then with your account balance you could trade 0.04 mini lot size.
If your account is not mini then your capital is not sufficient for trading my system. Minimum I would recommend is $3000 on standard account with 0.01 lot.

Thank you for the quick reply. I have established with FxPro that they cannot provide Mini account with micro trading. Accordingly, I have closed the account and transferred the money to Tadawul where they can. As soon as this is confirmed, I will oepn the subscription with you and wish use well.......!!
