Which broker are you using? Are you running MT4 off your home computer or on a VPS?
Please try to list your trades with the RAS_ID, it's sometimes tough to tell which specific trades to which you are referring.
Although I did experience an FXCM server connectivity issue last night, fortunately, I'm not having the problems you all are describing. Here are my trades with FXCM-UK on Boston Tech-VPS (free with FXCM-UK account). These trades were opened and closed by the RAS_EA

Have you tried closing out and restarting your MT4 platform nightly? Make sure that all EAs are running when you start it back up. Make sure that you do not attach more than one EA to a single chart. Try to attach publishing EAs (MT4i or myfxbook or MT4stats) to charts that are not traded by the signal provider.Running Alpari UK on a VPS. Have it set up correctly i.e. one EA to one chart...I use myfxbook so no EA needed.

The AU trade was closed fine, NU trade was left open so closed manually and GJ trade was closed when it is still open according to Globis. I did notice that the time it was closed by RAS was exactly the same time that is on the RAS page next to 'last updated' Not sure what was updated - presumably the take profit target but this action caused RAS to close my trade. It is a bit concerning if it can accidentally close trades which should be left open and not sure how it can make a 'mistake' if it is following orders received?
Not sure what closing the platforms each night and reopening would achieve in relation to these errors?

And i got all trades with a few differences sometimes to the good and sometimes to the bad side.

Just a thought.. people having the issues with trades not closing - are you running the RAS EA on more than one MT4 instance? I have mine on a live account, and another signal on a demo account, I'll try turning the demo off next week to see if that helps.
I had problems before when the buyer_install_version was not set correctly, wonder if there's something else that makes it more unstable when its used across more than one account.

I'm only running on one live account and as you know some trades are not closing.
My last 2 trades did not close out by RAS they were closed out later by the TP. #654247 #655015 did this happen to anyone else ?

If it was happening on some entries I could blame elsewhere but no and this is my second broker.
I'm having similar issues. On another note, is it possible to allow me to move the stop loss. I've tried, but it keeps removing it. I'd like the ability to move a stop to break even.
Unfortunately thats a feature RAS does not offer - it will constantly reset the sl/tp to the levels in RAS.
The only way is to turn off the RAS ea !!
Max lot size versus smaller multiplier
Also I read somewhere on RAS support that the lots multiplier shouldn't be set less than 1 - when I tried this it was causing some issues, like opening and closing an order straight away. Setting the max lots has worked fine for me.
Actually, my experience is the reverse (using the last 1.31 version of RAS ea)
I frequently use a multiplier <1 for Globis and other signals. As long as you are prepared to expect rounding/truncation issues as the scaled position reaches the minimum level for the broker and you don't try and partially close anything below the minimum level it works ok.
However, if you have max lot set to 0.5 and multiplier at 1, then a position opening of 1 lot will be opened, cancelled, then reopened at 0.5 lot.
try it in demo (Thats for JadeFX which HAD min size 0.1 but is now 0.05 lot)

If it was happening on some entries I could blame elsewhere but no and this is my second broker.Just updated my RAS EA, I noticed I was running 1.28 (it says in the top left corner), latest is actually 1.32, had one trade close this morning which was not a TP/SL so maybe something to do with it. What version are you running? I'll keep an eye on it and see if it's better at closing trades now.

I'll check later if there's a error code on my Mt4-accountI had exactly the same problem and the same closing time. To be honest I nearly done with this signal...not because of the performance but because of the errors with tranmission through RAS...With the relatively small amount of pips gained for each trade RAS needs to be accurate and close trades when Globis does...this is the 3rd time it has happened to me and I have no errors my end - it is definitely an RAS issue and it happens to multiple people at the same time. It makes a very material difference to the results gained.
Globis / RAS - if someone is reading this please can you look into it as there is obviously a communication error between Globis / RAS somewhere along the line for this to keep happening...I've never had a problem with other signals by the way.
