Thank you for the first signal of the week. I'm with Alpari UK and using a multiplier of 0.1 and as you see below, I received the equivalent of 0.5 pip GBPUSD but immediately 0.4 equivalent was closed. Can you please advise me what to do?

May be you have partial closing as true?
It is something with the settings anyway.
You can go to Help page with RAS website, than support and create the ticket and send screenshort of your settings and RAS log files (located in files folder). And the developers can say exactly what is the problem.
But according to my exprience - it is something with the settings ... or may be you attached RAS EA to 2 charts without buyer_install_version as 1 and 2?

Therefore, how (on Alpari UK) do you get lower than 0.5 lots as transmitted by RAS?
I am not sure but I think that it can be lower than 1.
RomanLX, go to RAS support. I and Linuxser will be there and we will resend your issue to the developers if necessary.

I'm new to RAS and have subscribed to your signal.
Right now I'm following it on demo and I see all trades closing at loss, though they were at a good profit at some point.
My question is: Am I supposed to close the operations manually according to my own criteria? - Or, should I leave them running, because it's going just the way you planned? - Or could there be just something wrong with my settings?
Excuse me if my question sounds silly, but I'm quite new to this, and I didn't find anything related on the RAS help site.

but i'm a little confused, today i have not gotten any trade closed at loss, i only have a trade closed, but it has a 6 pips win !
right now, i still hold 3 trades, it is true that they have a drawdown, but that's OK, you could see that i set the SL for each trade, so, i won't close the trades until i get a signal to show me that the trend is going to change, or the trades hit the SL !
so, please take easy, we have not seen any big drawdown, the drawdown for each pair is no more than 40 pips, it's OK, everything under control !
but of course, if you think you cannot accept the drawdown, you can close the trade manually ! it's OK !
