If you are running 2 RAS EA as the buyer for one RAS account and key so try to use buyer_install_version = 2 for second RAS EA.

I use only one RAS ea and my broker is pfgbest ecn.
May be ... switch buyer_stp_broker to true?

I use my sister's username to subscribe: jeanslvia
If your sister is trading and you are trading and you are having very different IP addresses (locations) so itmay be the problem.
Anyway, I reported already to the developers.
Because it is difficult for me to say: it is wrong settings of RAS EA,or real error ...
Most quick way to fix it is to go to help page of RAS because the developers are there all the time.
