Scalp_net_1.3.3_tf EA from bagoomba: EA, template and pre-set file is on this post.
Scalp_net 1.3 indicator was created - ScalpNetEvaluator. It is based on the code in the v1.3 EA. It essentially plots 4 bars- each corresponding to one of the entry criteria of the EA.
Chart Clones - very good indicator which draw price charts as a subwindow.

Pivot points for metatrader 5 - good indicator for Metatrader 5 for recognized by Metatrader 5 started with M1 (incl H8 and so on). This indicator is having "hiding the connections between pivot lines" feature so we can use it in 2 regimens in this case.

Dynamic zone indicators was coded by Mladen and posted on this thread. The basis for these indicators were originally published in the Stocks & Commodities July 1996 issue.
Do not be confused with the name: The "dynamic zone" indicators floating on the net have almost nothing common at all with these indicators posted/coded by Mladen here based on Stocks & Commodities July 1996 issue.
Those indicators from this advanced elite thread is really Dynamic zone indicators originally.

Dynamic zone RSI is on this post with probability for buy zone and probability for sell zone parameter.
Dynamic zone smoothed RSI is on this post. This is smoothed RSI by Ehlers and Dynamic zone smoothed RSI.
Dynamic zone ADX is on this post with probability for trend/no trend zone parameters: when ADX is above the zone line, market is trending, when it is bellow the zone line it is in "non trending" mode.
Dynamic zone Wilder's ADX is on this post. It is Dynamic zone of original Wilder's ADX. When Wilder's ADX is above the zone line, market is trending, when it is bellow the zone line it is in "non trending" mode.

Dynamic zone ATR is on this post. Deviation from the original ATR is that this one shows ATR in pips and not in absolute value of the change as the original ATR does (According to Leo Zamansky and David Stendahl). Atr is additionally smoothed, but if you want to avoid the additional smoothing simply set AtrSmooth to anything smaller or equal to 1. Probability for buy and sell zones and mode to smooth the ATR.
Dynamic zone price zone is on this post. Two indicators: without and with center line; with the parameters: price to use for the "price zone"; period for smoothing the input price; mode to smooth the input price; probability for buy zone and probability for sell zone.

Fixed version of this EA (Scalp_net_v1.3.31_tf EA) is on this post: covers 4/5 digit brokers (it adapts to 4/5 digit brokers automatically), it also has one additional option : ecnBroker. If your broker is an ECN/STP broker than it does not allow placing stop loss and take profit at the same time with order opening so the stop loss and take profit must be handled separately.
