Heres those indis. Oh yeah for the sinewave2.mq4 indi to work you must have the CyclePeriod.mq4 file in your indicators folder aswell

It does not

There is a slight deviation in the one your link is showing to from the original (Elhers does not use moving average as a signal line but a previous value of indicator - see the attached doc) but the rest is OK

It depends on the settings.

Try GBPJPY and it will work.
