is Butterworth filter working ??
First I believe i found the fault in Butterworth 3 pole filter indicator written by MQL soft which flies around.
double b1 = 2 * a1 * MathCos(deg2Rad * 1.414 * 180 / CutoffPeriod);

See screeshoot from the book. Than is it working ??? I made the test and it seems that it does not attenuate the period after setting the cut off to 25 bars.
Does anybody has experience with it ??
I see that people are playing with MAMA here a bit. Just for your information,
lag of homodyne discriminator used in MAMA is 20.5 bars than lag of MAMA's EMA will be half of the period. So total lag e.g. if adaptive length of EMA will be 20, will be 20.5 + 10 so 30.5 bars !!!! that's huge

Swiss army knife
Based on J. Ehler document I created four indicators i.e. StopBand, BandPass,
HighPass and HighPass2Pole.
All of them are working fine except the BandPass - it acts like high pass filter.
I contacted J. Ehler directly with question if code for BandPass is OK and he says that it is fine.
See attached screen shoot. Band pass on chirp should act like in his document.
Does anybody has any info about this ?? Chirp signal and my code is attached
