As brief i can say, that this version is much less agressive than opensource (it does 3-20 orders per one day, but orders more profitable).

Pipsing technology get 1 pip profit. Logic technology gets more profit per one order.

Does the EA work for trending market or flat market? Do we need to switch off when it is a trending market?

I have only 1 or 2 trade for M1 using NorthFinance during time GMT 2-14. Is that normal? M1 will make the system more aggressive, right?

Both - tranding & flat.

1 or 2 trade during 2-14 is normal - market activity defines that.

M1 - maximal agressive.

Too close stop level. This broker allows StaticStopLoss offset not less than 10 points.
