To take a level 4 buy or sell we need 2 bars at least with the same high for a buy or the same low sor a sell.
We do not have those 2 bars on cable as far as I see.

We, all, have a problem with different brokers (feeds-servers). I use Neuimex, Alpari and MIG.
Indicators and even EMA changes according to the broker you choose.
