Trading rules you can evaluate

Each EA automates a specific market setup, with defined entries, exits and position sizing. The descriptions explain the trading idea; the historical tests show both gains and losses under stated conditions. Try the free Market demos in MT5 before buying. These are trading tools, with no income or profit promises.

No grid. No martingale. A stop-loss on every trade. No averaging into losing positions and no loss-recovery lot progression. The initial stop is set individually for each trade. Monday Band Entry can move the stop in the trade’s favor with optional trailing. A stop-loss is not a guaranteed execution price or loss cap.

Disclosure: I develop and sell these EAs and benefit from purchases and rentals.

Risk warning: Automated forex/CFD trading can cause substantial losses, including the loss of all trading capital. No profit or capital protection is guaranteed. This is product information, not personal investment advice.

Three markets, three trading approaches, one consistent risk framework. ADX Swing Breakout, Monday Band Entry and Regression Cross Gold are three standalone Expert Advisors for MetaTrader 5. Each can be used individually. Together, they provide a starting point for exploring different trading ideas within a portfolio.

Meet the three strategies

ADX Swing Breakout — USDJPY, H1

This EA looks for upward breakouts supported by market strength within a defined trading session. Pending buy orders, a protective stop based on recent price structure and scheduled exits form its framework. Its focus is breakout opportunities in the currency market.

Current sale-version historical real-tick test, 1% fixed EUR 10000

Calculated from the current sale-binary MT5 exports. Historical closed-position results; not floating equity or verified live-money performance.

Monday Band Entry — Japan 225, H1

This strategy focuses on a selected weekday window. Price bands help assess buying opportunities, while entries, stops and targets adapt to volatility. Optional trailing and a daily time exit help manage positions. The evaluated broker symbol is .JP225Cash.

Current sale-version historical real-tick test, 1% fixed EUR 10000

Calculated from the current sale-binary MT5 exports. Historical closed-position results; not floating equity or verified live-money performance.

Regression Cross Gold — XAUUSD, H8

The gold strategy seeks directional changes after completed candles. Trend and volatility checks filter entries. It can trade both long and short, managing positions with volatility-based stops and targets plus a holding-time limit.

Current sale-version historical real-tick test, 1% fixed EUR 10000

Calculated from the current sale-binary MT5 exports. Historical closed-position results; not floating equity or verified live-money performance.

Current real-tick test results

Current sale version 1.02. 1 January 2020 through 8 October 2026, start 10,000 EUR, 1:100 leverage, fixed 100 ms execution delay. Primary risk: 1% of a fixed 10,000 EUR reference, or 100 EUR planned initial-stop risk per trade. Native data/tick coverage warnings remain relevant; selecting real-tick mode does not eliminate gaps.

EA Net P/L (EUR) Closed positions Relative equity drawdown
ADX Swing Breakout +10,493.09 581 5.58%
Monday Band Entry +5,700.02 457 6.38%
Regression Cross Gold +3,616.18 207 2.94%

Why consider the combination?

  • Different markets: a currency pair, an equity index and gold.
  • Different triggers: breakouts, price-band setups within a weekday window, and directional changes.
  • Different timeframes: two H1 approaches alongside an H8 gold strategy.

The monthly net results of the three current sale-binary real-tick tests have low pairwise Pearson correlations in this historical sample: ADX/Monday +0.055, ADX/Gold +0.041, Monday/Gold -0.171. This uses 81 aligned complete months, not cumulative curves. Low historical correlation does not ensure diversification or crisis protection; all three can lose together.

1% risk: a fixed reference for clearer comparisons

The current sale-binary historical tests described on the product pages use 1% of a fixed reference capital of 10,000. This equals 100 account-currency units of planned initial-stop risk per trade. The reference does not grow with the account balance. A separate comparison using 1% of the current account balance is identified in the product galleries.

Individual risks add up when strategies are combined: one simultaneous open trade per EA, each with 100 units of planned initial risk, totals 300 units — or 3% of the same 10,000 reference. This is an arithmetic example, not a loss limit. Gaps, fees, execution and changes to pending orders can increase actual risk.

Combined monthly and yearly results

The retrospective sum of the three separate real-tick tests is +19,809.29 EUR net P/L across 1,245 closed positions. 57 of 81 complete months are positive; the worst complete month is -418.23 EUR. October 2026 ends on 8 October and is excluded from complete-month correlation and counts. Recorded fees and swaps are included; purchase/rental and VPS costs are excluded. This sum does not replay simultaneous margin use or measure joint floating-equity drawdown.

How to evaluate the combination

  1. Test each EA first using the free Market demo in the MT5 Strategy Tester, with the matching symbol, timeframe and preset.
  2. Assign a unique MagicNumber to each instance and check broker symbols, trading hours, margin, lot limits and stop requirements.
  3. Set a shared risk budget. Running three EAs should not unintentionally triple your intended account exposure.
  4. Evaluate overlapping positions, losing periods and costs together. On netting accounts, avoid sharing a symbol with other strategies.

Other symbols and timeframes are configurable but require their own presets and validation. The product pages include input guidance and current sale-binary historical tests. These are simulations, not verified real-money performance. No synchronized combined-portfolio test is claimed.
