Performance Dashboard — User Guide
How to Use
- Attach the PerformanceDashboard indicator to any chart in MetaTrader 5.
- The dashboard will automatically load and display trading statistics based on the selected parameters.
- Adjust filters such as Magic Numbers and date range to analyze specific strategies or periods.
To modify settings at any time:
- Press Ctrl + I
- Select PerformanceDashboard
- Click “Properties”
Input Parameters Description
SCAN_MODE
Defines how the dashboard detects Magic Numbers.
- SCAN_AUTO — automatically scans all trades and detects Magic Numbers from history
- (Other modes, if available) — allow manual control
Magic_Numbers
List of Magic Numbers to analyze.
- Example: 0001,0002
- Used when manual filtering is required
- Ignored if SCAN_AUTO is active (depending on implementation)
Date_From
Start date for analysis.
- Format: YYYY.MM.DD HH:MM:SS
- Only trades opened/closed after this date will be included
Date_To
End date for analysis.
- Defines the upper boundary of the analyzed period
PanelX
Horizontal position of the dashboard on the chart.
- Measured in pixels from the left edge
PanelY
Vertical position of the dashboard.
- Measured in pixels from the top edge
PanelWidth
Width of the dashboard panel in pixels.
- Increase if elements are compressed
- Decrease for a more compact layout
PanelHeight
Height of the dashboard panel in pixels.
- Adjust depending on how many metrics are displayed
Notes
- If no data is displayed, check:
- Selected date range
- Magic Numbers
- Trading history availability
- For best results, use a chart with full trading history loaded.
