The architecture used is the following:

There is:

1. MT4 master account for the management of users' licenses and for sending their own signals;
2. some MT4 slave accounts for signals reception. 

The MT4 master loads on chart the Expert Advisor "Master Management.ex4" to manage some user licenses:

This dashboard allows you to:

1. ADD new user license (user name, IP address, Expiry). If you add new user then you will automatically create a connection with the MT4 slave account;
2. MODIFY the selected user license (user name, Expiry);
3. REMOVE the selected user license. If you remove the selected user then you will destroy the connection with the MT4 slave account;
4. REMOVE ALL the expired user license;
5. RENEW ALL the user license;
6. SAVE the user license list (csv file);
7. LOAD the user license list (csv file);
8. AUTOMATICALLY DESTROY the connection with the expired MT4 slave account;
9. NOTIFY on Telegram the failed connection with MT4 slave account.
