yes I think it is possible to make 20-20 pips in first session of 2 hours in the morning. login at 7, take a trade in the direction of price movement from last night to where market open and should get 20-30 pips.
also if you login at 330pm, take trade in direction of price movement from 230-330 and take a trade to get 20-20 pips.

Yes should work fine but please try this for week on demo and see the results. The timing is main thing in this type of trading strategy.
