Is It Safe to Trade the Euro Now?

Looks like the Euro is stabilizing after a wild ride and a great short. COT reports show commercials cutting bullish dollar bets for the 3 rd week in a row and there are Gartleys  on the 4h chart. See my profile and chart for further discussion.
