EA 自动连接 PositionRelay 云端 API——端点 URL 已内置，非用户输入项。

EA 轮询云端中继，开缺失仓、平主账户已删仓，并在上游变更时更新止损与止盈。重新出现的主账户票据在再次复制前会先等待（InpChurnReturnWaitSecs）。同一票据在时间窗口内反复重现，可能暂停新开仓，直到您重启 EA（暂停期间仅允许平仓）。

输入参数：

- InpUserId：与主账户相同的标识

- InpAccountLabel：每个从终端的唯一标签

- InpMasterLabel：要跟随的主账户标签（必须与主账户的 InpAccountLabel 一致；默认 "default"）
