How to Get Telegram Bot Token

Open Telegram and search for BotFather.
Start a chat with BotFather.
Send the command: /newbot
Follow the instructions to create your bot name and username.
After the bot is created, BotFather will send you a Bot Token.
Copy that token and paste it into the Telegram Bot Token input in MetaTrader 5.

How to Get Telegram Chat ID
For personal chat:

Open Telegram and start a chat with your bot.
Send any message to the bot, for example: Hello
Open your browser and use this format:
https://api.telegram.org/botYOUR_BOT_TOKEN/getUpdates
Replace YOUR_BOT_TOKEN with your actual bot token.
Open the link and find the chat section in the response.
Copy the numeric id value. That is your Chat ID.
Paste it into the Telegram Chat ID input in MetaTrader 5.

For group chat:

Add your bot to the Telegram group.
Send at least one message in the group.
Open:
https://api.telegram.org/botYOUR_BOT_TOKEN/getUpdates
Find the group chat information in the response.
Copy the group chat id. It usually starts with a minus sign, for example: -1001234567890
Paste it into the Telegram Chat ID input in MetaTrader 5.
