MarketScanner is a market scanning and analysis tool for MetaTrader 5.

It helps you:

• Scan multiple market symbols
• Analyze technical indicator signals
• Compare signal results across symbols
• Rank symbols based on their signal alignment
• Monitor upcoming economic news
• View everything in one place

The idea is simple:

Less time switching between charts. More time analyzing the market.

1. SCAN

MarketScanner scans the symbols you select. You can choose which markets to include, such as:

•  Forex
•  Metals
•  Crypto
•  Indices
•  Stocks

You can also enable or disable the markets you want to scan.

2. ANALYZE

The scanner analyzes each symbol using the enabled technical indicators.

Current indicators include:

• EMA  20 / 100 / 200
• RSI  14
• MACD  12 / 26 / 9

You can enable or disable each available indicator according to your preferred trading style, strategy, and level of analysis.

3. RANK

The signals from the enabled indicators are combined and used to calculate the overall signal result.

Symbols are then organized so you can quickly see which ones have stronger signal alignment.

Each indicator provides its own signal.

For example:

EMA 20

• Price above EMA 20 → Bullish
•  Price below EMA 20 → Bearish

RSI 14

• RSI ≥ 60 → Bullish
• RSI ≤ 40 → Bearish
•  RSI 40–60 → Neutral

MACD

• Bullish signal → Bull
• Bearish signal → Bear

MarketScanner compares these signals and calculates the overall result from the available valid signals.

Confidence represents how strongly the valid enabled indicators agree with each other.

For example, with 5 valid signals:

• 5 Bullish → 100% Confidence*
• 4 Bullish + 1 Bearish → 80% Confidence
• 3 Bullish + 2 Bearish → 60% Confidence

If only 3 indicators are valid and all 3 agree, the result can still show 100% Confidence.

*100% Confidence does *NOT mean a 100% probability of profit, a guaranteed price direction, or 100% trading accuracy.*

It simply means that 100% of the valid indicator signals are currently aligned in the same direction.

As more indicators are added in future updates, the calculation can provide a more detailed view of indicator agreement.

MarketScanner uses the MT5 Economic Calendar to monitor upcoming economic news that may affect the selected markets.

You can choose:

Which news levels to monitor: High / Medium / Low

·
How many minutes before and after the news the filter remains active

·
Whether assets affected by upcoming news should be hidden from the results

For example, setting High News: 30 minutes before / 30 minutes after means a High Impact event at 20:00 will be considered from 19:30 to 20:30.

News information is provided by the MT5 Economic Calendar and is not a prediction of price direction.

MarketScanner is designed to be flexible.

You can choose:

• Which markets to scan
• Which technical indicators to use
• Whether to use the News Scanner
• Your preferred timeframe and available scan settings

As the product develops, additional indicators and analytical tools may be added.

You will be able to choose which available tools to use according to your own trading style and strategy.
