Eagle Local Trade Copier MT4

Eagle Local Trade Copier MT4 is a local trade synchronization utility for MetaTrader terminals running on the same Windows computer or Windows VPS. The same Expert Advisor can operate as a Master or a Slave.

Communication is performed locally through the shared MetaTrader Common Files folder. No external server, DLL, WebRequest, subscription, or third-party account is required.

Volume Management

Select the sizing method that matches the receiving account:

Calculated volumes are normalized to the receiving broker's minimum, maximum, and volume-step rules.

Automatic Broker Symbol Matching

The MT4 Slave can automatically resolve broker symbol prefixes and suffixes. Examples include EURUSD, EURUSD.a, mEURUSD, and similar broker-specific names.

The resolution order is:

1. Explicit symbol mapping configured by the user
2. Exact symbol match
3. Configured prefix and suffix
4. Automatic prefix and suffix detection

Automatic candidates are checked for visibility, tradability, and available quotes. Ambiguous matches are rejected instead of selecting a symbol without confirmation. The resolved mapping can be cached for subsequent copier cycles.

Professional Dashboard

The on-chart dashboard provides operational information without opening additional windows.

• Master account number, platform, channel, heartbeat, balance, equity, margin, free margin, floating profit, and active trades
• Connected Slave accounts with platform, execution state, equity, margin, free margin, and status
• Current copied trades with ticket, symbol, side, volume, open price, and floating result
• Execution state, mapped trades, actions processed during the last cycle, retry status, and protection state
• Paging and bounded rows to keep the panel readable

Local Transport

Eagle Local Trade Copier MT4 exchanges snapshots and acknowledgements through Terminal\Common\Files. All participating terminals must run under the same Windows user session and use the same copier channel.

No localhost web server needs to be installed. No incoming network port needs to be opened. The practical copying time depends on the configured timer interval, terminal load, broker execution, network conditions, and market liquidity.

Quick Setup

1. Attach Eagle Local Trade Copier MT4 to one chart in the sending terminal.
2. Select Master mode and choose a channel name.
3. Attach Eagle Local Trade Copier MT4 to one chart in each receiving terminal.
4. Select Slave mode and enter the same channel name.
5. Configure symbol mapping, volume mode, filters, and risk limits.
6. Enable algorithmic trading and explicitly arm execution after checking the settings.
7. Verify the complete workflow on demo accounts before using a live account.

Requirements and Limitations

• MetaTrader terminals must remain open and connected.
• All locally connected terminals must run under the same Windows user session.
• The Master and Slave must use the same channel.
• Broker differences may affect symbol names, contract sizes, minimum volumes, stops, fills, commissions, swaps, and execution prices.
• MT4 and MT5 account models are different; some cross-platform operations require translation.
• MetaQuotes Virtual Hosting isolates terminal files and is not suitable for this cross-terminal local-file transport.
• Use a Windows VPS on which all required terminals can run together when continuous operation is needed.

Copied results can differ from the Master account because of spread, slippage, latency, liquidity, broker settings, contract specifications, and account configuration. This product does not guarantee execution prices or trading results. Test every route and risk configuration on demo accounts before live use.
