Built For XAUUSD Breakouts That Do Not Move Cleanly
Nova GOLD Breakout is an Expert Advisor built specifically for XAUUSD M1.
It trades a session range breakout model, but it does not stop after the first breakout entry. Gold often breaks a level, pulls back, retests, fails, reverses, and then makes the real move later. Simple breakout EAs usually only handle the first part of that story.
Nova GOLD Breakout was built to handle more of the full sequence.
The EA creates a range during a defined time window, marks the high and low of that range, and then reacts to what price does after the breakout. It can trade the original breakout, a retest of the breakout level, and a fallback move if the first breakout fails and price breaks the other side of the range.
The Three Stage Logic
1. Breakout Trade
The EA waits for price to break the high or low of the selected range. When the breakout condition is confirmed, the first trade opens with defined stop levels and a fixed structure.
2. Retest Trade
If price moves a configurable percentage toward take profit and then returns to the original entry area, the EA can open a second trade in the same direction. This is the retest trade.
For example, if the retest trigger is set to 30%, price must move at least 30% of the distance from entry to take profit before a retest entry becomes valid. That percentage is fully adjustable.
3. Fallback Trade
If the breakout fails and price breaks the opposite side of the original range, the EA can open a fallback trade in the new direction. The fallback trade can also trigger its own retest logic.
This gives the system a structured way to react when gold does what gold often does: break one side, fail, and run through the other.
Maximum Four Trades Per Day
Nova GOLD Breakout is not a grid system and it is not a martingale system.
The maximum daily sequence is:

Once take profit is reached, the EA stops trading for the day. If the full sequence fails, it also stops for the day. It does not keep opening recovery trades endlessly.
The EA also includes a configurable night close function, so open positions can be force closed at a selected time instead of being left running into unwanted market conditions.
