Do you know the exact probability that price will reverse at each key market level?
AntaresX Volume Profile calculates the POC, VAH and VAL for any period and shows you in real time the statistical percentage of price reversal or continuation from each level — directly on your chart.
═══ WHAT IS VOLUME PROFILE AND WHY IT MATTERS ═══
Volume Profile shows where the most volume was traded in a given period. The three key levels are:
POC — Point of Control The price where the highest volume was traded. It acts as a market magnet — price tends to return to this level repeatedly. Displayed as a solid gold line on the chart.
VAH — Value Area High The upper boundary of the value area. 70% of the period's volume was traded below this level. Acts as dynamic resistance. Displayed as an upper blue dashed line.
VAL — Value Area Low The lower boundary of the value area. 70% of the volume was traded above this level. Acts as dynamic support. Displayed as a lower blue dashed line.
═══ THE KEY FEATURE — STATISTICAL PROBABILITY ═══
AntaresX doesn't just draw the levels. It calculates the historical probability of price reversing at each one.
On each line you see two numbers directly on the chart:
VAH 4534.32 ▲35% ▼85% POC 4532.08 ▲70% ▼70% VAL 4529.03 ▲85% ▼35%
▲ = probability that price moves UP from that level ▼ = probability that price moves DOWN from that level
The top panel also shows the global success rate from the current price:
% Success from current price ▲ BUY: 70% ▼ SELL: 70%
This means if price is at the POC, it has historically moved up 70% of the time and down 70% — indicating equilibrium. At the VAL the ▲85% signals high probability of a bullish bounce. At the VAH the ▼85% signals high probability of bearish rejection.
═══ INDEPENDENT TIMEFRAME SELECTOR ═══
This is the most powerful feature of the indicator.
You can be on an M1 chart and see the Volume Profile of the H1 — without switching charts. One click on the panel changes the calculation period:
M1 · M5 · M15 · M30 · H1 · H4 · D1
Practical use cases:
Scalping on M1 with H1 context: → Open your chart on M1 to see minute-by-minute candles → Select H1 on the panel → The indicator shows the POC/VAH/VAL of the last hour → You know exactly which institutional levels are active on the higher timeframe → Trade with confluence without switching charts
Intraday on M15 with daily session: → Select D1 on the panel → See the full day POC on your M15 chart → Filter your entries only near high-volume levels
═══ HOW TO USE IT ═══
Reversal strategy at VAH/VAL:
- Wait for price to reach VAH or VAL
- Check the probability % at the level (ideally 75%+)
- If ▼% at VAH is high → SELL entry
- If ▲% at VAL is high → BUY entry
- Target: the POC (highest volume level)
Breakout strategy:
- If price breaks VAH with momentum → continuation probability
- VAH becomes new support
- Target: Value Area extension
As an entry filter: → Only take signals from your main strategy when near POC/VAH/VAL → Avoid entries in low-volume zones where the market has no reference
