SmartMoney Gold is a professional-grade indicator built exclusively for XAUUSD (Gold) traders who follow the Smart Money Concepts (SMC) and Inner Circle Trader (ICT) methodology. It combines real-time institutional analysis with automated on-chain proxy metrics and a comprehensive macro economic calendar - all in a single, clean dashboard panel on your chart.

Order Blocks - Automatically identifies bullish and bearish institutional order blocks. Highlights active zones directly on the chart.
Fair Value Gaps (FVG) - Detects unfilled price imbalances above the configurable minimum threshold. Zones drawn in real time.
BOS & CHOCH - Identifies Break of Structure and Change of Character events. Labels displayed directly on price action.
Liquidity Sweep - Detects institutional stop-hunt candles (wick sweeps above/below recent highs and lows).

Scoring System (0 to 18 Points)
Every bar is scored from 0 to 18 points across three categories:
• Smart Money (max 10 pts): Order Block, FVG, BOS/CHOCH, Liquidity Sweep
• Trend + Capital Flow (max 4 pts): EMA alignment, ETF proxy, MACD cross
• On-Chain Proxy (max 4 pts): COT, Fear & Greed, Central Banks
Configurable thresholds: set your own Pre-Signal and Confirmed Signal score levels.
Macro Economic Calendar (100+ Events, 2025-2026)
A built-in calendar monitors the most market-moving events for gold:
• Fed / FOMC interest rate decisions + Powell speeches
• US CPI Inflation (monthly)
• US NFP Non-Farm Payrolls (monthly)
• US GDP releases (quarterly, all estimates)
• China PMI Manufacturing (monthly)
• PBoC Gold Reserve updates (monthly)
• Geopolitical events: NATO, G7, G20, UN, international sanctions
Two pop-up alerts fire automatically before each event:
• 60 minutes before: advance warning to prepare positioning
• 15 minutes before: urgent alert with recommendation to protect open trades
Each alert includes a direct link to the official source (Fed, BLS, BEA, PBOC, etc.).

Does the indicator repaint?
No. All signals are calculated on the closed bar and do not repaint or recalculate.
Does it work on other symbols besides XAUUSD?
The indicator is optimized and calibrated specifically for XAUUSD. Results on other symbols are not guaranteed.
Does the macro calendar update automatically?
The calendar contains pre-programmed dates for 2025 and 2026. A manual update will be provided at the start of each year.
Do I need to configure anything?
No. The indicator works out of the box with default settings on M5, M15 or H1 XAUUSD charts.
