Pythor Scalping EA MT5

Introduction and Description

Pythor is an Expert Advisor designed to operate in the Forex market, specifically as a scalping robot. Forex scalping is a day trading style used by FOREX traders that involves buying or selling currency pairs with only a brief holding time in an attempt to make a series of quick profits. While scalping attempts to capture small gains, such as 5 to 20 pips per trade, the profit on these trades can be magnified by increasing the position size. The Pythor EA uses a variety of technical indicators to identify short-term market trends and execute trades based on those trends.

Pythor is based on the placing of pending orders, and therefore is sensitive to spread, as well as slippage. It is important to have a broker providing low values for both of these parameters. Furthermore, the EA is multi-currency compatible, meaning it is possible to trade with it in multiple symbols simultaneously. While it has been tested mostly on FOREX pairs, backtest results suggest it is possible to run it on Stocks, as well as Commodities.

Below is a list of the different characteristics of the expert advisor:
  • No Martingale.
  • No Grid.
  • Stoploss (trailing and fixed) and Takeprofit.
  • Multicurrency trading compatible: select a different magic number for each symbol.
  • Dynamic and fixed lots.
  • Debug mode.

The traded account should be in accordance with the following requirements:

  • Average maximum spread of 15 for each symbol. (The more the spread, the lesser the profits). Spread can be variable.
  • Low slippage and fast execution speed.

While the EA opens most of its trades based on calculation in the H1 timeframe, it is recommended to attach it to the M5 chart for better visualisation. Please note the default inputs were optimized for EURUSD. Optimization services are available, please contact via DM.

Pythor has been tested on 100% accuracy data (provided by DUKASCOPY, central banks, and broker themselves). Results may be found on the screenshots. Backtests show low drawdown. Backtests are no guarantee of future performances.

Hello Andres! Thank you for the review. Pythor works regardless of the timeframe, you can use it on any timeframe of chart. Here are few tips to have the best results: - The EA works VERY WELL during NEWS events and fast movements. Use it for instance during Nonfarm Payrolls or Interest Rates. - Have as little commission as possible, and the smallest spread as well. If you need a broker to help you with that, send me a message and I can advise you.
