Bos Dol untouched HighLows

The Indicator identifies PRICE peaks and troughs using a multi-candle high/low filter combined with a volatility check, then DRAWS horizontal LINES forward that either terminate and display "BOS" when broken by future price action or remain open and display "X" if they are still untouched targets.
