Adaptive Volatility Reversal EA

AVR System is a multi-symbol Expert Advisor for MetaTrader 5 designed to identify confirmed market reversals and filter signals using volatility, trend-regime and higher-timeframe conditions.

The system is built around a reversal matrix signal and does not enter immediately on every raw signal. A potential reversal must pass configurable signal-quality and market-condition filters before an order can be opened.

How It Works

AVR System evaluates a confirmed reversal signal on the selected entry timeframe.

Before opening a position, the EA can check:

• Minimum distance between price and the reversal matrix

• Minimum number of bars since the previous raw reversal

• ADX trend-regime condition

• ATR volatility expansion

• Higher-timeframe directional bias

• Maximum spread

• Trading session

• Cooldown period

• Maximum concurrent positions

• Daily loss protection

This filtering approach is designed to reduce low-quality signals and avoid taking every market reversal.

Risk Management

The EA provides configurable position sizing and stop-loss options.

Position sizing

Two lot-sizing modes are available:

• Risk percentage based on account equity

• Fixed lot size

Stop-loss

Two stop-loss modes are available:

• ATR-based stop-loss

• Fixed-distance stop-loss

Take-profit distance is calculated from the configured ATR parameters and the selected stop-loss distance.

The EA also accounts for broker stop and freeze levels when placing or modifying orders.

Trade Management

After a position reaches the configured breakeven condition, AVR System can move the stop-loss beyond the entry price using a configurable buffer.

When enabled, the EA can then use the reversal matrix as a dynamic trailing reference.

This creates a two-stage management process:

1. Initial stop-loss and take-profit

2. Breakeven protection followed by matrix-based trailing

Market Protection

AVR System includes several controls intended to manage trading conditions:

The daily loss guard can block new entries after the configured daily equity-loss threshold is reached.
