XAG CatBoost Clusters Dream2 EA is built on the CatBoost algorithm with market data clustering techniques. At its core, the model uses a set of technical features based on silver price data and moving averages (MA).
As inputs, it takes distances between price and different MAs across multiple timeframes, as well as the distances between the moving averages themselves. This helps the model figure out how far price is stretched away from its average and how strong the current trend actually is.
All features are normalized (by dividing by price or MA), which removes scale effects and makes the model more stable across different market conditions.
On top of that, it uses rolling-window statistics like mean, standard deviation, minimum, and maximum. These describe volatility and general market behavior over a given period.
The model also includes lag features — basically past values of indicators — so it can “see” how the market is evolving over time. It also uses ratio features like price-to-MA and MA-to-MA relationships, showing where price sits relative to the trend.
To measure trend strength and speed, it calculates the slope of moving averages. There’s also a “compression” metric — the total distance between MA lines — which helps tell if the market is ranging or trending.
On top of that, it uses simple binary trend structures, like MA1 > MA2 > MA3 or the opposite, which helps classify trend direction and strength more clearly.
