Overview
Solaris Scalper Gold is an algorithmic scalping Expert Advisor developed exclusively for trading the XAU/USD pair (spot gold) on the M5 timeframe. Designed with a high-precision multi-filter architecture, it combines four classic technical indicators with real-time market structure analysis, generating entry signals only when there is complete confluence among its confirmation systems.
The EA operates using pending Buy Stop and Sell Stop orders, capturing breakout moves with speed and simultaneous risk control. Its integrated visual panel and dynamic color system transform the chart into a professional monitoring environment.
Signal Engine — Multi-Filter System
Entries are executed only when all four filters confirm the same direction:
Filter Function
Donchian Channel (20 periods) Identifies breakouts above channel highs and lows, filtering out range-bound trades
Gann HiLo Activator (10 periods) Determines the dominant trend based on ATR and previous candlestick structure
Opening Range Breakout (60 min) Captures the breakout of the daily opening range, one of the most consistent patterns in XAU/USD
Tweezer Bottom/Top Detects reversal patterns based on double lows/highs with configurable tolerance, refining entry timing
Additionally, the EA incorporates a Point of Control (POC) Volume line (50 candlesticks) displayed directly on the chart, identifying the price level with the most recent historical activity as a support/resistance reference.
Capital and Risk Management
Fixed or dynamic lot size based on risk percentage (configurable, default 0.5% of balance)
Fixed Stop Loss in pips per trade
Dynamic Trailing Stop: activates after reaching a defined minimum profit and follows the price step by step, protecting open profits
Maximum spread filter (30 pips by default): the EA does not operate in conditions of reduced liquidity
Margin check before each order: automatic lot size adjustment if free margin is insufficient
Maximum of 5 simultaneous pending orders per direction
Time Filter
Operates between 1:00 AM and 11:00 PM (server time), avoiding periods of low nighttime liquidity. The schedule is fully customizable.
Integrated Visual Panel
The EA includes a real-time monitoring HUD panel that displays:
Current symbol and spread (with visual alert if it exceeds the limit)
Status of each indicator (Donchian, Gann HiLo, ORB, Tweezer)
Active POC level
Count of pending orders and open positions
EA Magic Number
