Smart Liquidity Map Indicator Description (BOS, CHoCH, FVG + Fibonacci)
This indicator is designed to help traders understand trend direction, structural shifts, and potential entry zones using a “smart money” (institutional) approach.
⚙️ Main Components:
BOS (Break of Structure)
Indicates that price has successfully broken a previous key structure (important high/low).
➡️ Usually confirms trend continuation.
CHoCH (Change of Character)
Signals a shift in market direction from bullish to bearish or vice versa.
➡️ Acts as an early indication of a potential reversal.
FVG (Fair Value Gap)
An imbalance area formed due to rapid price movement.
➡️ Often becomes a retracement or entry zone, as price tends to “fill the gap.”
Automatic Fibonacci Retracement (0.382 – 0.786)
Used to identify optimal pullback areas.
➡️ Levels like 0.5 – 0.618 – 0.705 are commonly favored entry zones.
📊 How the Indicator Works:
The indicator automatically marks:
> Market structure (BOS & CHoCH)
> Imbalance zones (FVG)
> Retracement areas (Fibonacci)
Traders can:
> Enter trades when price returns to the FVG + Fibonacci area
> Confirm direction based on BOS/CHoCH
🎯 Main Functions:
> Identify the primary trend
> Determine entry & exit points
> Locate liquidity areas
> Support trading using institutional concepts (beyond typical retail strategies)
