I remember a period where I kept checking my trades every few minutes. Open the chart. Close it. Open it again. Zoom in. Zoom out. Move the stop. Recalculate everything. It felt like I was being responsible… like I was “managing risk.”
But the truth? I was just anxious.
One day, I got tired of it. I entered a trade, set everything properly, and told myself, “You’re not touching this.” I left my phone alone for a few hours. When I came back, the trade had played out exactly as planned. That moment hit me hard — I realized most of my stress wasn’t coming from trading… it was coming from me constantly interfering.
Since then, I stopped babysitting trades. Because if your setup is good, you don’t need to control every candle. Sometimes peace in trading starts the moment you stop obsessing over it.
But the truth? I was just anxious.
One day, I got tired of it. I entered a trade, set everything properly, and told myself, “You’re not touching this.” I left my phone alone for a few hours. Everything was going according to plan. Entry was clean, price reacted perfectly, and I was already in profit. But then the candles slowed down a little. Nothing bad, just normal movement. Still, I felt that familiar thought creeping in: “Take it now before it comes back.”
So I closed.
An hour later, I checked the chart again. Same trade. Same direction. Same setup. Except now it had moved three times further than my original target. I just stared at it thinking, “Why do I keep doing this?”
That day I realized something uncomfortable — I wasn’t scared of losing money… I was scared of seeing profit disappear. Big difference. Since then, I stopped managing trades based on fear. If the setup hasn’t changed, the plan doesn’t change. Because sometimes the biggest money comes after the moment you feel like closing.

Liquidity Concepts — The Fuel Behind Every Move
Liquidity is what drives the market. Price doesn’t move randomly — it moves toward areas where orders are resting: stop losses above highs, below lows, equal highs/lows, and obvious retail zones. That’s where institutions find the liquidity needed to enter and exit large positions.
Once liquidity is taken, the real move often begins. This is why experienced traders stop asking “where is price going?” and start asking “where is liquidity resting?”
Follow liquidity, not emotions.
Because in trading, price follows orders — and orders follow liquidity.
Liquidity is what drives the market. Price doesn’t move randomly — it moves toward areas where orders are resting: stop losses above highs, below lows, equal highs/lows, and obvious retail zones. That’s where institutions find the liquidity needed to enter and exit large positions.
