Fibonacci Trading EA – Scalping Strategy with Fibonacci Envelopes
Fibonacci Trading EA is an automated trading robot based on Fibonacci Envelopes, combining technical filters with configurable risk management features. It includes daily and maximum loss protection to help traders manage risk when trading under Prop Firm rules.

Strategy Overview
The EA calculates Fibonacci Envelopes around a moving average using ATR. Entry signals are generated when price touches or crosses selected Fibonacci levels: 0.236, 0.382, 0.5, 0.618, and 1.0.
The strategy combines Fibonacci-based entry signals with configurable technical filters and built-in risk management features to support a more structured approach to automated trading.
Prop Firm Risk Controls
The EA provides configurable loss-limit protection:

Daily Loss Limit: 5.0% by default

Maximum Loss Limit: 10.0% by default

Calculation Mode: Equity or Balance
When a configured loss limit is reached, the EA closes open positions and stops further trading according to the selected protection settings.
These default values are intended as starting points for risk management. Traders should verify the specific rules of their Prop Firm before using the EA, as loss limits and calculation methods vary between providers.

Recommended Capital: 5,000 USD or higher, depending on the trading strategy, risk settings, broker conditions, and applicable Prop Firm rules.
The default configuration uses a Daily Loss Limit of 5% and a Maximum Loss Limit of 10%. All risk parameters should be reviewed and adjusted to match the requirements of the intended trading account.

Run the backtest on EURUSD, H1 timeframe, with an initial deposit of $5,000 or more, using your own broker’s trading conditions to evaluate the strategy.
