Strategy Compare answers the question every multi-EA trader asks: which of my strategies is actually making money? It reads your account history, splits it by magic number and shows each Expert Advisor - or each group of magics you define - as one row of a live dashboard: Open, Today, Week, Month and All Time P&L, win rate, profit factor, pips, worst drawdown and worst losing streak, side by side. Click any row and a full statistics panel opens for that single strategy.

Give your magics real names, merge several magics or whole ranges into one named group (e.g. 8000-9000 = Grid), and sort the table by any column with one click. Underperformers become obvious in seconds - and so do the strategies that deserve more capital. |
| Drill into any strategy Click a row to open the drill-down panel: net P&L and equity curve for Day, Week, Month or All Time, win rate, profit factor, average, best and worst trade, win-loss streaks, all-time max drawdown and the latest trades with close date and lot size. A monthly calendar shows day-by-day P&L heat cells with weekly totals, plus session breakdown (Asia, London, New York), profit by hour and monthly bars - so you see not only how much a strategy makes, but when. |
| A dashboard that feels like an app The whole panel is drawn by a pixel-perfect canvas engine: rounded cards, soft shadows, anti-aliased text, hover highlight on rows. KPI cards on top show Balance/Equity, Open P&L, Today, Week, Month and All Time at a glance, with a realized equity curve underneath. Scroll it when it is taller than the chart, minimize it to its title bar, and pick one of 5 color themes, including a light one. |
The comparison table
- One row per magic number or per named group of magics
- P&L columns: Open, Today, Week, Month, All Time - as money, as percent of balance, or both
- Per-strategy metrics: PIPS, WIN% and Profit Factor (each column can be switched off)
- MAX DD: worst floating drawdown of each strategy, saved to file so it survives restarts
- MAX LOSS: worst losing streak of each strategy on closed trades
- Sort by any column, with arrows showing the active sort direction
- Portfolio total row and account summary: balance, equity, floating P&L and margin
Grouping and naming
- Rename a magic: 123=Scalper - the table shows the name instead of the number
- Group a range: 8000-9000=Grid - all those magics merge into a single row with group statistics
- Combine freely, comma separated, across three input fields for long strategy lists
- Groups share one Max DD tracking, so a basket of magics is measured as one strategy
Filters
- Show only magics active in the last X days (default: one year)
- Restrict the table to a list of magics, or exclude specific ones
- Custom pip size per symbol for correct PIPS on metals, indices and crypto (e.g. XAUUSD, BTCUSD)
Equity curve
- Realized equity curve of the visible strategies, with zero line and min/max markers
- Automatic scale: daily, weekly or monthly depending on your history span - or trade-by-trade
- A separate equity curve for the selected strategy and period inside the drill-down
Comfortable on the chart
- Optional clean-chart mode: hides chart elements so only the dashboard stays on screen
- Vertical scrollbar when the panel is taller than the chart window
- Collapse button to minimize the dashboard to its title bar
- 5 redesigned color themes, adjustable font sizes and description length
- Light on the terminal: closed-trade history is cached and recalculated only when it changes; update frequency is configurable
