ManualEdge ∴ Manual Trading & Basket Risk Panel
Trade by hand. Let the system watch your back.
ManualEdge is a one-click chart panel built for discretionary traders who want the speed of manual execution combined with the discipline of automated risk management.
Instead of choosing between a dumb button panel and a black-box EA,
ManualEdge gives you both: you decide when to enter, the panel handles the boring ∴ and dangerous ∴ parts of managing the trade afterward.
Protect yourself from bad habbits.
One-Click Trading Panel
- Add Long / Add Short ∴ open a new position at your chosen lot size,
- Instantly Sell XX% ∴ reduce your total open volume by a set percentage with a single click
- Close in Profit ∴ close only the positions currently sitting in the green
- Bail Out ∴ close every open position on the symbol immediately ∴ No order dialog, no fumbling ∴ every action is one click from the chart.
Automated Risk Management ManualEdge runs quietly in the background, enforcing the risk rules you set:
- One-Direction Lock ∴ optionally blocks hedging, so you can't accidentally open longs and shorts on the same symbol at once
- Block Averaging Down ∴ refuse new adds while any position on the symbol is underwater.
- Session Draw-down Stop ∴ closes all positions on the symbol and locks out new trades for the session if equity drops a set % below your starting balance
- Trailing Stop ∴ trails every managed position's stop loss behind price by a set percentage, tightening only, never loosening
- Auto Break-even ∴ once price moves far enough beyond your basket's average entry, every stop loss on that side is moved to break-even plus a buffer
- Take-Profit Ladder ∴ scale out of your basket automatically across up to 3 rungs as price moves in your favor
- Account-% Take-Profit ∴ set a take-profit target as a percentage of account balance, applied per position and enforced server-side
Every feature is a toggle ∴ run ManualEdge as a pure clicker with no automation, or turn on the full risk-management suite.
Chart Overlay Day-Range Gauge ∴ see the day's high/low range at a glance, with your average entry price plotted against it
Tick-Volume Readout ∴ current-bar tick volume compared to a recent average, so you can gauge momentum without leaving the chart ( number in the center of the range bar ∴ multiples of the average tick volume)
Why ManualEdge Keep full discretionary control over entries ∴
ManualEdge never trades for you Remove the emotional decisions from trade management: break-even, trailing, and draw-down stops fire mechanically, exactly as configured
One panel replaces a stack of manual habits (partial closes, moving stops, watching for basket draw-down), Fully configurable magic-number filtering ∴ manage only this panel's trades, or every position on the chart, including manual ones
Recommended For Discretionary and semi-discretionary traders on any symbol or time-frame who want a faster, safer way to manage baskets of manual positions ∴ scalpers, session traders, and anyone running multiple adds on the same symbol who wants a mechanical backstop against a moment of hesitation.
User Inputs, Every threshold is configurable, including:
Panel position, size, and spacing Lot size for adds and partial-close percentage One-direction lock, block-averaging-down Session draw-down % and timer interval Trailing stop %, minimum re-trail step Account take-profit % Auto-break-even trigger and buffer % Take-profit ladder trigger/close % for up to 3 rungs Magic number and magic-number filtering
Important Notes ManualEdge is a discretionary trading tool, not an automated strategy ∴ it does not open trades on its own initiative (aside from the Add Long/Short buttons you click) and does not predict market direction. Its risk-management features act on positions once they exist; they do not guarantee profits or eliminate the risk of loss. Trading leveraged products carries a high level of risk and may not be suitable for all investors. Past performance is not indicative of future results. Test thoroughly on a demo account and confirm all input settings match your risk tolerance before running on a live account.
