**About Me**
I’m a professional trader with over 20 years of experience — but the road here was anything but easy. Like most, I spent years struggling, making every mistake in the book. I searched relentlessly for the "holy grail" of trading, only to realize: there is none. - バージョン: 1.0

My Trading Checklist helps you bring structure to one of trading’s most demanding tasks: following your own rules consistently when money and emotions are involved.
Trading involves probabilities. There is no “holy grail” system that can guarantee a 100% win rate. Even a carefully researched strategy can produce losing trades and uncomfortable losing sequences.
The aim is to combine a strategy with positive expected value after trading costs with disciplined money and risk management, then apply its rules consistently across a series of trades. Positive expected value, often called +EV, describes an expected statistical advantage after accounting for costs such as spreads, commissions and slippage. Individual outcomes remain uncertain.
Money management determines how much capital you expose to those outcomes. Position sizing, risk limits and your response to a losing sequence are all part of the process. Even money management that looks perfect on paper depends on how faithfully you apply it in practice.
This is where the casino analogy becomes useful.
A casino does not need to predict the next roulette spin. Its business model is built around a mathematical advantage, defined rules, betting limits and repeated play across many outcomes. It can lose on individual spins while continuing to operate according to the same underlying probabilities.
In that sense, a trader tries to “become their own casino”: identify an approach with a statistical advantage, define acceptable risk and repeatedly execute the opportunities that meet its rules.
Markets do not offer roulette’s fixed probabilities. An estimated trading edge still needs to be monitored as conditions change. But the principle of working from a defined process across many outcomes is a useful one.
That is the thinking behind “rinse and repeat”: give a valid statistical edge repeated opportunities to operate through consistent execution.
The human side is where this becomes difficult.
You can choose a reputable broker, develop careful money and risk management, and have a strategy with positive expected value after costs—and still struggle to follow it.
After a loss, you hesitate on the next qualifying setup. When price moves quickly, you feel the pressure to enter before every condition is confirmed. After several wins, increasing your risk can suddenly feel justified. A rule you considered essential yesterday becomes negotiable today.
Those decisions can change the strategy you are actually trading.
Turning your rules into a mechanical, repeatable routine is challenging because your own money is involved. Knowing what you should do does not make the emotional pressure disappear.
My Trading Checklist gives your trading rules a visible place on your MetaTrader 4 chart.
Create up to 18 personal checklist items for the conditions, risk checks and reminders that matter to your approach. Before acting, work through the rules you decided on when you were thinking calmly.
Your checklist might include confirming the setup, checking position size, reviewing planned risk, checking stop loss placement and reviewing upcoming news. You choose the conditions and assess them yourself.
Click each button to cycle from gray to green, then red, and back to gray. For example:
-
Gray: still to be checked.
-
Green: condition confirmed or step completed.
-
Red: condition not met or requiring attention.
The checklist makes your assessment visible beside the price action. It provides a practical moment to pause and compare the opportunity in front of you with the plan you intended to follow.
You can adapt the layout to your routine:
-
Write your own labels and enable only the items you need.
-
Adjust each button’s position, width and height.
-
Customize font sizes and text colors.
-
Configure or hide the RESET button separately.
Press RESET to return all items to gray for your next review.
All checklist updates are manual. The indicator records your assessments; it does not calculate an edge, evaluate trading conditions, place orders or control other tools. Checklist colors also reset when you reload the indicator or change its settings, chart symbol or timeframe.
You bring the strategy, the risk management and the decisions. My Trading Checklist gives you a practical way to keep that process in view and work through it deliberately, one decision at a time.
