Catch the Move Before It Runs. Manage Pullbacks and Avoid Market Noise.
Every day you watch a trend start and prepare to enter, only for short-term price pullbacks to trigger premature exits. Often, traders watch from the sidelines as the market continues along the primary path, or chase an exhausted move right before a reversal. Buying at the peak of a rally or selling at the base of a drop creates friction, making it difficult to execute when a structured trend continuation presents itself.
The core challenge is market noise. Raw price action is often choppy, filled with minor liquidity tests and false breakouts that complicate trend identification. Isolating high-probability continuation zones—where price completes a corrective phase and resumes dominant momentum—helps bring structure to chart analysis.
This indicator evaluates price momentum to highlight potential trend resumption points following a pullback. It generates a clear visual signal directly on the chart, identifying zones where directional momentum is re-engaging. The logic is designed for active market hours and liquid sessions across any high-volume trading instrument.
Entry Logic and Structural Trade Management
When a valid setup is detected, a complete trade structure is mapped directly onto the chart:
- BUY Setup: Identifies an established upward market structure followed by dominant buying candles signaling directional re-engagement. Once the signal candle closes, the entry triggers at the open of the following bar.
- SELL Setup: Identifies a confirmed downward market structure accompanied by strong selling candles breaking local structure. Entry executes at the open of the following bar.
- Structural Stop Loss: Positioned automatically outside the recent swing high or swing low formed during the pullback phase, incorporating a calculated buffer to account for ordinary market volatility while maintaining defined risk parameters.
- Multi-Tier Profit Targets: Projects four Take Profit levels based on a structured risk-to-reward model:
- TP1: Designed as a near-term target to secure early structural moves.
- TP2: Targets standard momentum extensions for balanced risk-to-reward.
- TP3: Aims to capture extended wave movement during sustained trend expansions.
- TP4: Positioned to capture large directional legs during prolonged momentum phases.
- Closed-Bar Execution: Signals and visual structures are calculated strictly on closed bars, remaining fully static without shifting, recalculating, or disappearing.

Signal Filtering (Signal Brake)
Sideways consolidation and two-sided liquidity wicks can generate repeated false signals. The Signal Brake logic is intended to reduce this:
- Limits rapid BUY/SELL flip-flopping in tight consolidation ranges.
- Restricts new same-direction signals while a prior setup is still active.
- Requires a minimum R-distance before the next signal can trigger.
On-Chart Historical Backtest Panel
A built-in panel summarizes how signals performed on historical data for the current settings:
- Historical hit-rate breakdown across TP1, TP2, TP3, and TP4.
- Sample size shown for the configured lookback period.
- Highlights which TP level had the best historical hit-rate for that sample.
