Slow respond, asked to test for 2 weeks and then nothing else, no follow up. Lousy support. DO NOT BUY and DO NOT trust and engage their TELEGRAM Account Management, blown my account less than 1 day with zero risks management at all. And still have the decency to ask me to top up my account for recovery!

Hello brother, thank you for your honest feedback. I’m sorry that your experience with my support did not meet your expectations. I asked you to run the EA for around two weeks so I could review enough trading history before preparing a more suitable set file, but I agree that I should have followed up with you more clearly. Regarding the set file, I have not forgotten about you. I am currently dealing with an MQL5 account/verification issue that has affected some support and delivery, and I am still working to resolve it. About the account-management loss, I understand your frustration and I’m sorry you had that experience. I do not want you to deposit more money simply to recover losses. Please send me the complete account history and Journal through MQL5 DM, and I will review everything carefully and continue assisting you professionally.
