Hello brother, thank you for your honest feedback. I’m sorry that your experience with my support did not meet your expectations. I asked you to run the EA for around two weeks so I could review enough trading history before preparing a more suitable set file, but I agree that I should have followed up with you more clearly. Regarding the set file, I have not forgotten about you. I am currently dealing with an MQL5 account/verification issue that has affected some support and delivery, and I am still working to resolve it. About the account-management loss, I understand your frustration and I’m sorry you had that experience. I do not want you to deposit more money simply to recover losses. Please send me the complete account history and Journal through MQL5 DM, and I will review everything carefully and continue assisting you professionally. Thank you for giving me the opportunity to address this.
